It's a brief look at your publicly visible website: mobile experience, contact and quote-request access, obvious broken elements, and basic website health. We'll share up to three practical observations. We don't need a login.
Not necessarily. If your current site works and supports your business, keeping it updated may be better than rebuilding it. We'll recommend a new site only when it solves a real problem.
For one supported website: basic availability monitoring, one monthly health and contact-path check, up to 60 minutes of approved small text, image, link, or existing-page updates, and a monthly work summary. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days. Unused update time doesn't roll over.
Often, but it depends on how the site was built and who controls it. We review its platform and access first. Complicated ecommerce sites, unfamiliar custom systems, and plugin-heavy sites may require a separate project or another specialist.
For a healthy, supported existing website, onboarding is typically $350. If we discover major initial problems, we'll quote repairs separately before doing the work. The final fee and scope will be confirmed in writing.
A standard small-business website typically starts around $2,500; many straightforward builds fall in the $2,500–$4,000 range depending on pages, content, design, and integrations. You'll get a specific proposal before work begins.
We'll tell you before exceeding the monthly allowance. New pages, major redesigns, integrations, complex fixes, and extra development are quoted separately.
You do. Your domain, hosting, and website accounts stay in your business's name. We work with authorized access and provide a handoff if you stop using the service. Hosting and paid platform fees are separate.
No. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days during agreed hours. Emergency response, major outages, security recovery, or server administration require a separate arrangement or specialist.
No. We commit to agreed website work, testing, and honest reporting. Search positions, inquiries, and customer decisions depend on factors outside a website-care agreement.
We'll look at your public site and share useful findings. If there's a fit, we'll discuss one-time repairs, a new build, or monthly care. There's no obligation to buy.
